About the Role

Cobblestone Homes is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator to join our team. This role blends elements of sales coordination with project management to ensure a smooth transition from contract to construction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy before construction begins.
  • Complete necessary permitting and utility coordination to launch each project.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth handoff to the construction team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in project management systems.
  • Assist in refining and improving the preconstruction process to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications
